About – Creative Leadership
I work at the intersection of leadership, creativity, and operations, where ideas must become lived experiences and structure exists to support meaning. I am a people-centered leader with experience spanning logistics, education, cultural projects, and creative production.
My core strength is translating vision into practice by building teams, systems, and environments where creativity can thrive within clear and reliable operational frameworks. I am equally comfortable in strategic development and hands-on leadership and have extensive experience balancing performance, safety, resources, and motivation in complex, real-world settings.
My leadership is shaped by a background in music and storytelling, which has taught me the value of listening, timing, and working constructively with tension. I approach leadership much like a conductor—setting direction, enabling collaboration, and creating space for others to lead when needed.
Before moving into operational leadership, I spent more than a decade in education, developing learning environments rooted in engagement, authenticity, and strong relationships. Alongside my leadership roles, I have continuously worked with creative expression through music and narrative-driven projects connected to culture and place.
What defines my leadership is the ability to unite people, structure, and story. I create clarity without rigidity and cultures where both creativity and responsibility can grow, motivated by roles where leadership is about shaping experiences that matter—for teams, organizations, and communities.
